Hold the phone! Before I tell you the one we decided on, (which by the way we BOTH amazingly agreed on), tell me which one you like best and which on you think we picked.

The brick is going in my kitchen.

Well??

OK, they are all wonderful but I am partial to #1 (is that the one you chose =))

I wonder if that is the same one I chose when you first showed us the samples awhile back.

Anyway you can't go wrong with either of them!

I like number three, castle gate, so I'm sure you chose that one. Can't wait to see the finished project, whichever one you choose.

I like the Dixie Clay, but you knew I would. Are you going to incorporate the samples into a piece of artwork at a later date? A set for one of your firewood folks? Inquiring minds want to know? Foot tapping...

All great guesses ladies!
We're going with Castle Gate. Yippee!
I must admit the one my hubs first picked out (Dixie Clay) does look nice. But we both agreed it's too light.
The Castle Gate has a more worn, rustic look. Perfect for this 1800's farmhouse. It looks fantastic against the wall color too. :> )

But I won't tackle this project until after Labor Day. The humidity is unbearable around here!

Hey Peachy, a group of Founding Fathers Firewood Folks could use a cool brick background, don't you think? ♥

That color was the one I picked to begin with. (I always go with my gut instinct.)

Very nice! It looks like reclaimed brick, yes?

Happy Friday!
