This morning my mom lost her battle with cancer...

Thank you for all your prayers.


The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Psalm 23

    Karin I'm so sorry for your loss there are really no words to make things easier during a time like this ,just know people are keeping you in their hearts thoughts and prayers .May God welcome your mom with open arms and may he help you and the family find peace in this time of need, much love sweetie xo

    Condolences for the family. But since you regularly post from the Bible, I can only say that one should rejoice that there is no further pain or fear and that Heaven is the ultimate goal for those who believe in salvation. Your mother is most likely where she would hope to be ...dwelling in the house of the Lord. She is blessed in that and you are blessed to have had her in your life for so many years.
    Is there anything at all I can do to lighten your heart? If so, let me know.
