I am totally smitten with this wallpaper!
I love this vintage bedding.
But as you can see, it has seen better days.
Hmmm...
Maybe my sweet hubs is right. Maybe I should paper the rest of the room!
Shhh... You didn't
((giggle))
Happy Monday, all!!
:> )
It's just lovely...perfect! You've created such a pretty mood for the room.
ReplyDeleteGasp!! It is beautiful!!! I could definitely see your whole room done with this lovely paper. Your bedroom is just stunning! The bed and painted floor... sigh.
ReplyDeleteYou are a hoot!!!!! I could curl up in that bedroom, looks so wonderful Karin.Blessings Francine.
ReplyDeleteI would paper the whole room, it is such a beautiful pattern and certainly matches everything. Great job!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, ladies!! I swear, it's even prettier than in the photos. ♥
ReplyDeleteJudi, I'm way ahead of you. I already ordered more! I contacted them with the batch number and more rolls are on the way. YaY!
It's quite a bold pattern for such a small room and will make the room look even smaller, but I don't care. ((Hee hee)) I'm going to go with my heart. Our bedroom set looks perfect with that pattern.
Since that corner is the first corner you see when you walk into the room, I'll have to start the wallpaper there and work my way to the left. Otherwise I won't be able to match the pattern for a continuous look. Since you've wallpapered many rooms, do you suggest doing that? Maybe slightly overlap it? But then it might not be straight. I really have no idea! Eek!! :> )
I think you made a good choice I would do the whole room too...it is absolutely beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteBe blessed,
Cindi
Looks great Karin! Love your bedroom!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a wall paper person... but this pattern is simply gorgeous! Pleasant dreams in your beautiful bedroom! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks again, ladies! ♥ Back in the 90's I went through a "wallpaper phase" but swore it off when I moved to this old farmhouse. I said, "Never again!"
ReplyDeleteSixteen years later I've had a change of heart. ((hee hee)) The girly side of me has always loved a floral (especially cabbage roses or peonies) wallpaper in a bedroom.
I'm such a sap. :> )
I would start as you suggested on the left side but stop when you get to your doorway corner then go and start on the right and go to the doorway corner where they will meet, if they don't match it will be in the corner above the door and hardly noticeable. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Judi! I truly appreciate your help. ♥
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love everything about the room. I think it will be wonderful "all papered".
