"Baby I'm A Star..."

You most certainly are.

You'll be sadly missed.

Rest in peace.

  4. Yep, I was floored too. I was always a fan. He was so weird. Which is why I loved him so. :> )
When my niece was a little girl, she's come over to visit and I'd have my Purple Rain cassette playing and we'd dance around my dining room table to "Baby I'm A Star." She still smiles from ear to ear when we talk about it. ♥

  5. That is too cool. We watched Prince on VH1 last night. When the song, "Diamonds and Pearls" came on, I teared up. I used to love that song and would sing it all the time. I had a boyfriend (wound up marrying him for about 2 months...lol) who sorta dressed like Prince. I had the big hair with the spikes and he wore the granny shoes...lol...we sure did get lots of looks and an evil eye or two. Haha The 80's were the best! The music, the movies, the people...everything!
