Hey, in Central New York in the month of March, we'll take anything over the freezing mark.
Stella is driving me crazy wanting to go outside and play fetch. The only problem is she is now in the habit of retrieving her ball but not wanting to give it to me. She'll place it by my feet and when I bend down to pick it up she grabs it then spins around like she's all that and a bag of chips. She used to do it occasionally. Now it's all the time. I can't believe I have an 18lb. dog who likes to break my chops.
Wishing everyone a terrific and productive week!! Man, I've got a lot of catching up to do!
:> )
Hi Karin. I'm glad you're feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI love that picture of Stella. She looks like she's "Queen of the Hill".
Stella really is something, isn't she?
Have a good week.
LOL I can just picture that scene. I know this is ~one step ahead of you~ Stella we are talking about here but would it work to bring a second ball in to play? When she taunts you with ball one, toss ball two and snatch up one while she is chasing down two?
ReplyDeleteShe sure is a pip!
Phyllis, I'm feeling much better for sure! Had a bit of scare, but thank the Lord above it was only a scare.
ReplyDeleteMan, Stella definitely has the run of the house!
Yep, Maureen. I already tried the two ball theory. I throw the second ball. She runs to it with the first ball in her mouth. She sniffs the second ball with the first ball still in her mouth. She runs back to me leaving the second ball where I threw it. I have to retrieve the second ball. She has me very well trained. ;> )
So glad to hear you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteThat Stella is something else, HA!
