That lil' tuft of snow is all that's left! With a little luck, we won't see her again until next November.
Then I heard (honkin') music to my ears!!

The Canada Geese are back!! Welcome home my feathered friends!
Finally... the weather was nice enough to hoist my new historical Pine Tree Flag.

(Hopefully George can see it from up there too.)
Yeppers, it doesn't take much to make me happy. Have a wonderful weekend folks.

What an enjoyable post....I don't think we have even that amount of snow left after today...in the 50's and sunny!!!!
ReplyDeleteIsn't the sound of honking Geese wonderful....we hear it often because the river is 2 blocks away and we're on a hill so they fly rather low over us!

Yes, I have been hearing and seeing the geese now for a week or so ! .. They like to browse and lay around the fields near my house ..play in the ponds and then go down the road to the bigger lake nearby.
I have seen a total of three robins now..so is that a charm ??
well, I am off for a walk in the sun and warmer weather we now have!
Hugs,
Linda
