We needed a new well dug and new lines laid. If you've never experienced anything like that before (like us), you're in for a real "treat."
I swear I just about hyperventilated when I saw what was happening to our driveway and landscape!
BUT it needed to be done.
As crazy as that was, I am still able to enjoy our land. In memory of my Stella, I planted a Snowball Bush because she loved her little yellow rubber ball and a red Weigela because red was her color. I also planted a maple tree.
Honestly, I am still heart broken and cry every day for her. Out of all of our dogs, Stella was extremely special to me and we had a close bond.
It's going to take a very long time for my heart to heal.
But I'm able to sit on our little patio and enjoy watching everything I planted for her grow.
On a positive note, I am happy to say I am back to creating!!! Creating folk art does my heart good!
