Camo and sawdust... It doesn't get any better than that. ((giggle))
Did you notice all the cheaters on the window sill? I have them all over the place. Yet when I need them, I can never find them. Go figure.
Man, I forgot how hard it is to hang onto a belt sander. I'm pretty sure my grip strength could make me the next (doing my best Matt Iseman impersonation) American Ninja Warrior!
Okay. Probably not.
I can say this time around I don't have achy knees or back pain like I did when I refinished the floors years ago. I can attribute that to staying away from wheat and grains in general. But that's a whole other blog post!!
I have a lot more sanding to do. More than I want to. But since I don't have any sanding elves to do the job, I'm stuck doing it myself. Unless of course you know where I can find me some sanding elves... No?
Well then, back to work!
I'll try to check back in when I can. Since I'm refinishing the pine floor in the keeping room, I had to disconnect my computer. I'm using a laptop. Have I mentioned I don't like laptops?
Wishing everyone a terrific and productive week!!
:> )
P.S.
Remember to get outside and enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounds you!

First thought I had when I saw your picture was oh my aching knees. I was happy to read your joints are cooperating with you and your project. Maybe you could slip a set of earbuds under those sexy ear protectors and listen to some tunes to pass away the miles of sanding?
Somehow I don't think my week will be as productive as yours! Maureen is right, play some good music. Personally, I love the 80's. Try to get some time outside.
Hey there it's Mindy Hewitt! Hope you survived the sanding! Can't wait to see the finished product!
Maureen, no earbuds, but I am singing. Since I can't hear a thing with those sexy ear protectors, most likely it's off key too. A good thing I don't have close neighbors. Hee hee!
Phyllis, the 80's is mostly what I listen to. :> )
Hi Mindy!!! How the heck have you been?!! How's everyone of FB? Tell them I said, HI!!!
Peanut you are so adorable! looks like a daunting task! but i know those floors are going to be spectacular!
