Time For A Mini Kitchen Reno...

Those who follow my blog, know that I like to share any remodels or updates my sweet hubs and I do at the ol' Countryfolk homestead. Here's my latest!

I wanted to bring some color back into my kitchen and bulk up the trim.

Ta-dah!!

I like to share my paint color choices with everyone because.... many don't. I'm such a rebel! ((giggle))
So here's the paint brand and colors I chose: Olde Century Colors. The lower kitchen cabinets and some free standing furniture pieces, I used Cupboard Blue. The Cupboard Blue definitely looks more blue green to me. But I LOVE this color!!
I must also add my sweet hubs picked this color and of course he'll remind me about that for the rest of my life!
The upper wall color and vaulted ceiling are Manor House White and the lower half wall color and trim are Linen White.

I didn't repaint the upper white cabinets because honestly cabinets are a pain in the @ss to paint. And since the color on them (Benjamin Moore's Dove White) is close enough to the Manor House White, I left them.

I found this gorgeous fabric to make my curtains at Joann Fabric. It was pricy!! And you know how cheap err I mean frugal I am.
BUT it matched so perfectly, I couldn't resist.

So this was my latest project I dragged my sweet hubs into!
Next, we're going to lay some flagstone to make a little sitting area outside. I'll keep everyone posted!
